HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR CRYSTALS?
95% of our crystals, stones, and minerals come directly from our network of sources in Brazil. All are consciously mined, under strict environmental regulations, and workers receive a living wage and benefits. We fill in with material from friends and other trusted sources in Peru, Spain, Morocco, Mexico, and Madagascar, who share our values, who we know personally from doing Gem and Mineral shows for over twenty years.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
- We offer free shipping on all online orders over $75 total.
- Orders are sent with signature required. If you don't want a signature required, let us know by email. Please note that for orders shipped without a signature requirement, and shown in tracking as delivered, any delivery problem with the order will become the responsibility of the customer, and not Endless Energy Crystals.
- A status email will be sent to the email address provided, with tracking information for your order.
- For orders where the shipping address is different from billing address provided, the destination address must be verified before an order will be shipped.
- Most orders will ship within 1 - 3 business day. Orders will arrive within 3 - 7 business days once they have been shipped
- We do not offer international shipping
